Pros
Good people, great team, good benefits. Lots of opportunity if you are willing to relocate to other parts of the country. Work can be flexible and some managers are very good at supporting their people.
Cons
Stocks take 4 years to vest, career progression is non existent in certain areas, pay is below market in high cost of living areas. Very hostile culture from the top down. No loyalty to employees, and leadership principles are not followed by all of the management. Does not attempt to retain employees. Teams are not in harmony when working with each other. Processes are terrible and heavily managed from corporate.
