It simplifies the expectations from each employee and from each other. - Very supportive system to make you successful at your future job. - I get upto 90 days to train and get my certifications before doing any externally facing work. - Lots of investment on my development which will pay off for the company in the long term as I will be an effective employee that can represent company, culture and its services With the recent announcement of Amazon commitment to reach zero-carbon by 2040, 10 years ahead of Paris agreement shows why Amazon is the right place if you care about climate and sustainable future for everybody. Amazon will drive our carbon from every part of its business and cause ripple effects across many industries as a result. I love being part of this change.
