      Pros

      Good salary package (that you will have to pay back if you leave)

      Cons

      -Cut-throat political environment that is not based on performance. -You will be expected to sacrifice your life for the company (regular 14hr days, nights, weekends) -Management that is very low on integrity and HR is there to protect these unethical practices -Very few managers last 1 -2 years (either forced out or quit) which should tell you something. -Money in exchange for your physical, and mental health. -Little career progression if you‘re not willing to sacrifice your conscience and morals.

      Pros

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
