Pros
Very flexible WFH policy. Incentives to job rotation.
Cons
I wish I could follow a work flow at work. It is hard to plan your week and how it will work if priorities keep changing at their own will. It keeps it hard even to follow their leadership principles: dive deep, earn trust, deliver results. One day you are assigned to the project XYZ and work hard to the project. You do the dive deep, you take ownership, you find the stakeholders and then after sometime your project is not a priority to the company anymore. How to deliver results? When they decide that your project is a priority again, stakeholders are not there anymore as job rotation is a reality, so you have to start over again. Special feedback during COVID pandemic chaotic situation: they sent us home and defined a long term WFH situation - paying for our internet and chair. Ho-we-ver, in my team, they totally ignore the fact that we are multitasking as parents, and he workload is even worst, with multiple last minute lunch and learn trainings scheduled, as if we don't have kids around and we are not having to support homeschooling.
