Pros
Competitive pay for the role - compensation mostly locked to RSU's that vest over time. Company is vast and opportunity do exist if you're willing to deal with the headaches and legwork.
Cons
The worst part of this job and this company as a whole is that there are often too many moving pieces that conflict. Many of the problems are caused internally. Upward promotion is quite difficult.
