Amazon is a fantastic organisation to work for, they operate in a very structured and clear way with job roles being clearly defined and success metrics being very transparent, in terms of career and development opportunities they are extremely supportive and considerate of your needs and wants, they are also extremely inclusive and supportive of diversity within the workplace creating a fantastic culture and one which i am proud to be a member of.
