Its refreshing to be part of an organisation that practices what they preach. The company is continuing to expand rapidly which provides opportunities for career development and the inclusive culture embraces everyone's unique qualities.
Cons
The rapid pace of development means that there are a lot of webinars, updates and training sessions. Trying to keep up with all of that along with doing your day job is impossible. You need to be disciplined about where you spend your time to get the best return from your focus.
