Pros
I do like pay, the pay is really good even for part-time. You still get benefits and the hours are flexible. Amazon is very good with involving everyone (meaning culture wise and also the LGBTQ+ community.)
Cons
It really depends on the warehouse and the managers, you might have really good ones or bad ones. There isnt a lot of recognition unless you talk to all the managers. The only benefits you get for part-time is dental and vision.
