Pros
My recruitment process was very smooth - from the phone loops to interviews. The interviewers were very rational, calm and accommodating. I totally enjoyed the discussions. The recruiter was also very quick to answer my questions. Fast forward to my resumption at Amazon, my teammates have been super supportive and helpful. Although the environment is fast paced, everyone i've met and worked with are highly intelligent and knowledgeable in their areas and have helped me in my onboarding journey.
Cons
My onboarding was virtual so was a bit challenging; however my manager and teammates realise and understand this and provide me with the resources i need to be comfortable.
