Pros
There's a LOT you can do at Amazon, it's like working at 10 different companies at the same time. Also very interesting problems and scale.
Cons
Too many territorial battles and fighting. It all depends on who you have as managers. They have this thing called "unique culture" which makes you wonder if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
