      Pros

      I found Amazon a great place of work, work environment the workloads are expected for me, people were also good and lastly I'm impressed with the way of working of Amazon.

      Cons

      I've tried to explain to my manager that I wanted to be shifted in email process or NA process but they didn't even responded. And information are not clear from the side of management.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
