Pros
- you can develop into every direction you like - relocating within the company is comparably easy - mostly great leadership, but differs from org to org - great work-life-balance if the management supports it
Cons
- offices are stuck in the 1990s, very noisy, high occupation, never enough phone booths. Exceptionally bad due to the recent company wide return to office policy (3/5 days in office). - flexibility to work remote is highly dependent on the management, even for a limited time. Also very complicated in terms of taxation which is obviously not Amazon's fault but should be considered.
