      Daily team meetings (15min) with great input, 1-on-1 every 2 weeks with your manager to solve problems or work on your career, monthly team meetings (1hour) to connect, learn, get the team feeling. Amazing salary for Spain, contact center (28.5K) Real options and processes to improve processes and be part of the constant improvement

      Cons

      Strict KPIs that need to be met, this can be stressful (how many call attempts are successful, how long you take to finish a task, which percentage of clients act according to your coaching). To be fair, if you're not reaching the metric targets, both manager and peers help you achieve it

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Cons

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
