1. Learning is good 2. Work culture is better, you get you decide your work timings and basically there is no-one to track your timings and nudge you, You commit to a project and drive it till end on your pace and adhere to deadline.
Cons
1. No exposure to outside world tools as such its used in 90% of the IT companies as all amazon tools are internal and would not much help in interviews outside.
