No promotions Heavy workload Poor paid time off options compared to the industry Company is shameless, no promotions or hiring but increased workload and deadlines are constantly postponed This position is an L3, meaning you can't move to AWS or access a lot of other perks but the company forces you to execute the responsibilities of an L4 They don't even do employee satisfaction survey anymore cause they know, they are screwing us over and wasting our time and refuse to create a better work environment.
