Pros
None. You don't get to breathe long enough to know what they are.
Cons
HR takes too long to answer the call. They send you in circles when you need help with an injury on the job, reporting harassment, and sick leave. No one knows what's going on, everyone is confused, and notes aren't taken down, which leaves you to constantly repeat yourself. No one checks the cameras nor are they familiar with who is going in and out of the building. They probably just don't care. It's disconcerting. I was left with a malfunctioning device after reporting it to whom I thought was a supervisor, I was berated for moving slowly and not doing my job. He constantly reminded me of metrics. He only cared about breathing down my neck and being in control. After some time, he accused me of taking a 30min break during a 15min break, when the device resetted back to 0m. Harassed for taking meds (illegal to discriminate). HR was informed and had no idea who this person was.
