Flexible time Short-Break back to School from 3 week up to 4 months to focus on your studies. VTO majority of the time ( if you have a second job this is blessing some days) Managers are awesome, They take your sugestions very serious, They listen to you, Majority of the AMs do you really care for you and help you out any way possible to move you to next level You feel happy, all the time even when you are feeling down see your AMs or co-workers you feel at peace
Cons
New AMs when they come to the building they want to imposed their believes, their ways that they have learned in others facilities or other companies, they are very impudent in how they carry themselves or try to directed/lead the employees.
