Pros

Pay rate was good, started at 11.50/hr.

Cons

You will get blisters on your feet from walking 20+ miles a day. Your feet hurt after 4 hours of your shift which does not seem to go away (even for weeks after). You are told of mandatory overtime for the next day only hours before your shift is over. For this particular location, you needed to get there an hour before your shift started just to get a parking spot, otherwise you have to walk about a half mile or so to get to the building (in the rain/snow). There is only one exit out, so you will sit in traffic getting out of the parking lot for at least a half hour. There are thieves that steal lunches while no one is in the lunch room. Someone's coat with their car keys were stolen out of the lunchroom and there are security guards on duty only feet away, and no one saw this happen. Hundreds of people are hired per week because tons of people quit each week due to the conditions and the B.S. that goes on there.

Pros

Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

Cons

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
