Cutting edge tech, access to industry leaders in the domain, great exposure and opportunities to grow
Cons
LPs are weaponized to bring people down rather than empower, cut throat growth based culture (but this is expected), little to no onboarding of new employees - expected to drink from firehose, management under constant pressure to deliver results - manifests in their handling of team. Oh, lastly, benefits are not that great, and there have been quite a few, obvious DEI hires and it shows would still recommend for anyone that wants to grow, but not for all definitely
