      Somehow, there are still some great people from the acquired companies that are trying to turn things around.

      Non existent travel budget for remote workers Not investing in people - no opportunity to learn & grow They talk the talk with AI innovation, AWS partnerships etc but in reality this is all smoke and mirrors Insufficient investment from sales & marketing in Cloud Professional Services A colleague of mine told me that AmDocs' recent idea for an employee perk was to give them alcohol past it's sell by date..

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
