      Really Good culture(welcoming). various areas to work on backend. Good growth and on-site oppurtunities.

      Cons

      Low pay, little bit of unorganized product requirements.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Cons

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
