New rule is to come to office and stay there for 9 hours, else they will notice it and lay you off in next layoff wave. Going to office will be compulsory for 3 days a week, for WFH you have to beg when you need more than 2 weeks WFH. No matter how much effort you put in, politics will win, not you. For me, there is no salary revision for last 4 years now.
