Pros
Very lean organization in terms of timings & way of handling things. No such mandate rules & regulations to be followed. Work life balance can be good if you yourself are good enough to manage it. Amdocs is all about partying harder once the job is done no matter how. Competitive salary as compared to same level organizations.
Cons
Bad politics of managers & leads. Favoritism at its best. You can't expect appreciations every time unless you showcase yourself well enough, as it seems the supervisor has no talent to take care of it. Hard work is less appreciated than smart work which is somewhat good, but the hard work should also be acknowledged.
