      Onsites,Kabala/Cake Parties every Week,Team Events,etc. Team Collaborations and Working, Project Events and Employee Of the month awards

      Cons

      Low Apprisal,Low Growth Rate,Low salary for ppl from general colleges,No demarcation among Technical and NonTechnical Employees, Uneven distribution of salary,very less chance for interaction with Higher Management.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
