      Diverse knowledge base, benefits are good.

      Cons

      Too much emphasis on sending everything to India. If it takes 5-8 times to get it right from the staff there, how is it saving money, when the job could be done once in the US? Real customer service is out the door....

      Pros

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Cons

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
