      Food, WFH polices ,Pickup n drop facilities.

      Micro-Management , Manager gets to personal , there is no space personal n profession growth, Amdocs doesn`t take action even after multiple HR n Employee many Escalations from employees (including FEMALEs) , Due to environmental issues from Managers many employees mostly Female haven left job because of Manager , #TELSTRA

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
