Pros
Very employee friendly company. Paid transport facilities. No restrictions on time if you are not a shift employee. Annual gifts and club points approx 5k (at least) which is extra benifit apart from CTC. Training and sessions on latest technologies.
Cons
Hike and bonus are standard and are almost irrespective of your performance. you should be very extraordinary for consecutive years. July is the hike cycle, for freshers the best time to join is in Sept-Oct-Nov and for experience, it is April-May-June.
