No proper salary review and poor Salary structure, if others are not paying hten they will also not pay you, even if they have good profits, they have enough no. of nosence excuses to give Onsite opportunities for those close to manager very difficult to switch to other projects/ teams If you want to grow then u need to be manager's favorite (at least in my DWH testing team ) otherwise even your good work would not be recognized Favoritism and Politics plays a major role in growth and hikes No clarity in rating system Very poor HR team, they never show there faces, even in years Management policies are not employee friendly. Workload is mostly high, you might work on 3-4 projects at the same time
