      Good company to work with and good canteen and work culture good transport facility and bonus as well excluding salary

      Cons

      No Bench policy, full work work work, when travel keep in mind that you need to work 75+hrs a week

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
