Your work-life depends on what division you are in and if you are tied to project work. Amdocs reputation for cutting domestic resources is no joke. They may initially bring domestic labor over for Legacy Operations but they will then cut as many of those jobs as they can for off-shore. Additionally, there is a glass-ceiling here for managers as higher levels of management are largely pulled from Israel to the point where they will travel managers over to lead domestic US teams. There are very few CONUS line managers and above. There is a lot of continuous worry here about getting cut. This is Intelligent Operations. I dont know about the product side.
