At Kenzan, we strive to make the candidate experience streamlined, open, and most importantly communicative. As part of the offer process, we provide each candidate with clarity as to the contingencies that must be cleared before the offer is final and the definite start date is provided. It is an extremely rare event that would cause Kenzan to rescind an offer.
When this particular event occurred, we experienced an unusual circumstance which was wholly out of our control and which required the need to rescind an offer prior to a start date being provided. Kenzan’s business model relies on client relationships, and if a client changes their requirements, our staffing needs change accordingly. In our experience, this type of situation is extremely rare, and we hope to never find ourselves in faced with this predicament again.
