      - Employee Care, Companies policies are very good. - Somewhat Growth. - Great Environment and People are chill from colleagues to Management. - Compensation is good in comparison to other companies - On Site opportunity, every one gets it sooner or later - Internal job posting - if you want to change line of your career.

      Cons

      You will struggle to maintain work life balance. As to pursue clients, management gets agree on unreal timelines, In the end employee's work life gets impacted.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
