      Pros

      This is a good company to work at. Unlimited PTO. Very diverse people working all over the world. The benefits are good. The office is nice and provides lunch once or twice a week.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO can take some time to get approved. The 401k is on a 5 year vesting schedule and doesn't have a Roth option. These are pretty minor though

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
