      Pros

      Food serve is healthy and nice. Depends on your luck in which project you land that decided how you have to be. Amdocs has mix cuilter few projects and their managers and line manager are very very considerate and helpfull towards employees and few projects have very exhausting timelines and on top of that some irritating and bias managers.

      Cons

      Managment needs to work more vigilantly.

      Used to be a great place ro work, Not any more.

      Cons

      Completely Israel & Israeli focused. Current layong off 30 percent employees globally. But Israel is limited to 10 percent owing to Israeli shareholders. Only global organization in which the entire HR management is in Israel. So Amdocs is not really “global”. The management doesnt know how to become truly global. Most acquisitions are no longer contributing to the revenue. If you are in high cost country except Israel, dont expect growth.
