      The company would offer may benefits towards the employers.

      Cons

      The roles in tech were pretty much pigeonholed in to doing a specific task without much room to learn about new technologies or improve someone's skillset. In some projects there had been quite a bit of pressure with regards to deadlines.

      lots of free programs available i.e. weekly virtual yoga/cooking/personal finance/wellbeing classes

      Cons

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
