Pros
Perks are still better than average: Generous PTO (17 holidays + 3-5 weeks vacation), 401K matching, headquarter amenities (multiple cafeterias, gyms, nice landscaping for meeting outside, etc.). Work can be meaningful, challenging, and professionally rewarding.
Cons
Upward mobility is more limited as the company has reduced spans and layers. It seems there is a push to see how low the grade levels can go before something breaks.
