      Fantastic Pay, Management who care for you, Private Healthcare, Amazing Pension, Family Like Atmosphere, Extra perks like gym memberships for cheap, Meeting amazing people, Clear yearly reviews to help guide your career and an amazing performance bonus system. Love it!

      Cons

      Progression is serious and that is reflected in the pay increase between bands. However it is also difficult and you shouldn't expect to join and get promoted to management in the first year. You need to establish some work ethic and reputation on your current job first.

      Pros

      The graduate scheme at Anglian Water offers a lot of support and development in the form of mentors, coaching, training etc, and as a graduate I'm given real responsibility to allow me to learn and help make a difference. Moving around the business through different placements every 3-4 months also means you get the chance to experience different teams, encourage collaboration and see where you fit best to work in the future. The company is also great to work for with a good culture and employee benefits.
