Very friendly environment, colleagues who are willing to help and support you, you feel you are part of a team, good ethical policies towards diversity, etc. Excellent customer service, customer is the key. You can be yourself in this company, you can express yourself. No top-down approach. Very good perks!

Very slow career progression. You have to be patient. Sometimes, it can be stressful to work as a customer agent.
