Great company but not the best team culture - Graduate ESD Engineer Arup Employee Review

Arup is an impressive company with a great reputation globally; however, the Brisbane office was not the ideal workplace. Sustainability team was extremely small with limited communication and very little room to learn or grow. I felt that if I'd had a better team, I would have been set up for success and stayed at the company for much longer. In hindsight, I'm glad I left as the salary progression would have been much slower.
