      Academic environment that supports innovation Big, sexy projects Great workmates, everyone very happy to help Senior management very approachable

      Cons

      Very low pay compared with industry and with profits Very arrogant firm thinking that they are God's gift to engineering Poor development and career support - no structure in place Poor career progression - length of service Have to charge 100% of time to job - had to support work experience kids in my own free time!

      great supervisor, lots of professional development opportunities

      Cons

      insane workload and expect you to be available for work 24/7. some teams are drowning and others have no resourcing. layoffs happen completely randomly and they lay off people who are 100 percent billable. profit share is bs and you get nothing as a junior member
