      -Good colleagues -Training is the best among other IT companies

      Cons

      -Random Allocation of Projects - No choice given for selection of stream(development,testing,technologies like Java,.Net) - On site opportunities totally luck based - HR not that good

      Pros

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
