They invest in you by sending you to all kind of workshops, certifications, etc. Think of AtoS as a ramp-up for a better job. Considering the amount of chaos, in one year in this company - you will grow 10x faster that in another one.
Cons
Chaos on all the projects - if you want to do something it will take you 10x more time to get to the right person who can help you than the actual job. Top management is pushing all the time, creating lots of stressful situations.
