      People are great, flexible work from home options, company is doing well and growing, great training and growth opportunities

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for pay raises, only higher level management is eligible for bonus pay, culture can be abrasive at times (but that is improving)

      Treats employees fairly, good benefits, and a competitive salary

      Cons

      Atos has had some lean years, and there were times we worried about layoffs. Additionally, if contracts end, they may terminate the employment of these employees.
