1) Excellent Work Culture - Not just excellent very very excellent the best i can say 2) Best Timings 3) subsidised food and Travel 4) Proper Career Growth Senior Systems Engineer 5) Cab / Bus Routes cover nooks and corner of bangalore 6) Decent Salaries 7) Decent Learning Opportunities - It all Depends Upon how you pick up stuff and use stuff
Cons
1) Salaries are upto your Negotiations - Still Not that competent to Siemens Profit Levels 2) Seniors :P - people with 5+ Years in Siemens - Act as though they own siemens :P \ 3) Career Growth a very slow curve - Big Company right ! 4) Not a great campus , decent gym facilities and other lesure activites 5) Not much Team outings - I suppose we must not expect this , not a service based company :P(Sponsored by Mgmt) 6) Employee Retention policies are not great 7) No WFH( Work From Home) for juniors - may be depends upon the team too 8) HR People - This is the most hopeless part of siemens ! Employee referals - HR do not bother about as they have tie ups with their own consultacies ! 9) Please do not expect onsites :P - This is a offshore development center - Mainly to reduce cost
