You get help whenever you need it The integration in the department is really quick I've learned a lot from my instructor and my workmates The salary is good compared to many of the others (as trainee. Can't say much about the others) Coffee is free Health-Days to improve work at your desk Flex time
Cons
As I've heard from others the career opportunities aren't that good Not allowed to learn stuff from the university at work (other companies are allowing that)
