      There are no pros for this company.

      Cons

      Micro-managing, dishonest management, no raises, annual training is unnecessarily difficult to get through, and so much more. This company is a huge waste of your time if you want to have any type of calm, professional, honest, and respectful employment. No opportunities for advancement unless the manager likes you. No raises either. The most hostile work environment I’ve ever worked in.

      Remote, well paying, relaxed and uncompetitive environment that helps foster learning and growth while still maintaining high standards of quality for delivery

      No raises, bonus often cut down due to KPIs not met, uncertainty with client relationships, mergers affecting overall employee staffing strategy
