      Pros

      BASF, itself was great. Outstanding when it comes to Product competitiveness, Brand Value, ESG and etc.

      Cons

      Simply and to be honest, Solid employment shall be cherished but it's not for all. BASF Korea is losing a number of talented employees to protect the bad ones. HR is the biggest and the most urgent issue for BK.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
