Flexible working is available, location is also really good (Canary Wharf) great pension.
Cons
They will not hesitate to let you go in order to cut costs with their new strategy, roles moving to India or being eliminated, can feel very uncertain at this time. Bonuses are terrible yoy, salaries hikes are next to nothing.
