Thanks for taking the time to write your comments. Very disappointing to read and also not in line with the team that I work with in Glasgow. I cannot comment on your experiences however my own is of a wider team across all the colleagues in Glasgow, working hard to develop and promote from within. There are multiple workshops and drop in sessions for colleagues to support career development and to consider changes in current thinking of the types of roles they may want to move to. The Glasgow team is held in high regard for the work they do in supporting colleagues. It is clear that you feel you are "un-favoured" and that is impacting on your career development. I'd really encourage you to attend some of the workshops and drop in sessions to seek advice and support and identify the best way to further yourself. Good luck.
