BA offers a wide range of career opportunities, and generally look well after the staff working in the administration at HQ and abroad. The airline industry is very dynamic and will suit people who likes constant change and interesting and diverse challenges.
Cons
BA is consistently changing and evolving, whether it is mergers/acquisitions or adapting to business realities. In addition the company is sensitive to operational requirements caused by weather etc. This means that there are constant restructuring programmes and changing priorities.
